These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Chick-Flick ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, placing an order, or using any part of our platform, you confirm that:

To place orders and access loyalty features, you must create a Chick-Flick account. By registering, you agree to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
Order Placement: When you place an order through the Chick-Flick app or website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected items. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion.
Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may vary by location and are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment: We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We do not store your complete payment card details.
Order Confirmation: An order is considered confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation notification from us. Receipt of payment alone does not constitute order acceptance.
Minimum Order: Minimum order values may apply for delivery orders and may vary by location.
Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to distance, traffic, weather, or demand.
Delivery Area: We deliver only within our designated delivery zones. You can check availability by entering your pin code in the app.
Non-delivery: If we are unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address provided by you, or if you are unavailable to receive the order, we may not be able to issue a refund.
Food Safety: We recommend consuming your order promptly upon delivery. We are not responsible for any adverse effects resulting from delayed consumption after delivery.
Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 2 minutes of placing it, provided it has not yet been accepted by the kitchen. Once preparation has begun, cancellations are not possible.
Refunds: Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
Refund Process: Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5—7 business days, or as CF Points to your wallet for faster resolution.
Disputes: To raise a refund request, contact us at support@chickflick.in within 24 hours of receiving your order.
CF Points: Loyalty points (CF Points) are earned on eligible orders placed through the Chick-Flick app. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account.
Redemption: CF Points can be redeemed against eligible orders as per the redemption rules displayed in the app. Minimum redemption thresholds may apply.
Expiry: CF Points do not expire as long as your account remains active. Points may be forfeited if your account is suspended or deleted.
App Offers: Promotional offers, discounts, and exclusive deals available on the app are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
Referrals: Referral bonuses are credited only when the referred user places their first qualifying order. Fraudulent referrals will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and may lead to account suspension.

Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate account suspension and legal action where applicable.
All content on the Chick-Flick platform — including but not limited to the logo, brand name, typography, images, design elements, menu content, and written copy — is the exclusive intellectual property of Chick-Flick and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
Service Availability: We do not guarantee that our services will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time.
Allergen Information: While we take allergen concerns seriously, our kitchens handle a variety of ingredients. We cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from allergens. Please contact us before ordering if you have severe allergies.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chick-Flick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.
Franchise inquiries submitted through our platform are preliminary expressions of interest only and do not constitute a franchise agreement. All franchise agreements are subject to separate, detailed franchise documentation, legal due diligence, and mutual agreement between both parties.
Information shared during the franchise inquiry process is treated as confidential and governed by applicable non-disclosure obligations.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
